Find Me in Florida Again.

Welcome to Florida during another one of balmy Winter seasons! This is the season where we enjoy balmy Florida sunsets and sunrises, depending on which side of the state you are on. Weather during December, January, Feb., and March is 40s at night, and 60s and 70s during the day. Residents steer clear of crowded Themeparks during the holidays. We have sense. Don't say we didn't warn you. This is not summertime. Ask a resident how we live here. Answers will be various yet the same. Life is different here than "up north" or "out west". Enjoy the gifts of God, we do!Forget about what you should do and just live and try not to be rigid. The sun is shining. Look up and smile. We do.

Remember our new Washer Dryer? Well, the movers dropped it off next to the W/D hookups and didn’t hook it up. I called cough cough to see if the warranty covers moving installation. They ahem said they don’t cover it but cough’d cough’d ok.

I don’t know.  I called the Appliance repair people  and coughed.   And then I did another ahem cough cough cough and told them I am not breaking my back to place those two huge things on the cement places where they are supposed to be.

I have been without a washer for about a week or more.   And no hot water.

Then she proceeds to tell me that well,  it is not covered under the warranty.   Like $%^&* it isn’t.

First I yelled bloodySocial Media %^&*  and told her that I HAVE TWITTER,  FACEBOOK AND A BLOG TO POINT THE  PERSUASION MAFIA TO HER HEAD.

It worked.

They are supposed to be coming  this coming Tuesday.   The guy is supposed to call and well  give us a two hour time window.

Ahhh,  back to normal life.   Normal life in the burbs with a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a pool that is not green and grass that is cut.  Ahhh,  near the beach where sunsets are.

Cough cough …   pass the lemonade. Make sure it is cold.  Please put extra ice please.
