These are all the high-end things were trying to sell. This is what we’ve been busy with the last two weeks. I even pulled up the rug in my father-in-law’s room but that’s for a later picture. The nasty rug in his closet is next.
Trust me, after all the renovations are done, we plan to list the four bedroom two bath pool home for at least. $375k. Everything will have been updated to 21st Century standards. We are going to paint, put new tile in, update the two bathrooms, and update the kitchen. It is not going to look like wooden furniture little house in the prairie . No nonsense!!! So, unless you are a licensed proven contractor in Florida, do not contact me on Twitter or otherwise. If you are one of those looser handymen wanting “just a leeetle jaayuhbbs” in a “Howse” Forget it. O yeah no basements in Florida — don’t be a dumb bunny and ask. People here will make fun of you in beer songs and tourist snowbird jokes. We mean it. We can dig a mud pool for you all.
I hope a nice family gets it. Oh yeah, to buy it or see it to buy it you must have a preapproved ore qualified letter from a bank. We want 40% down. But, hey I had to wait 16 years or longer in my marriage before we get a house. A marriage does not mean I am entitled to a house. Please be smart, not demanding.

It is near the beach but flood insurance is not needed. That’s because the house is on a Florida ridge area high land area of this county.
But it is a mess now with the estate sale going on. We are going to be listing this before the end of 2014.
